Because of the hectic holiday schedule which didn't really give much leeway for me to visit a Starbucks branch anywhere in Makati, Alabang, or San Pedro-Laguna, I did finally get to redeem my free beverage from the popular coffee chain today -- 13 days after I luckily won the random raffle. The reward was set to expire 14 days.
Well, it's a reward for actually doing a survey -- a customer satisfaction survey -- and when you complete the survey that's when you get the free beverage code which you'll use on the SB receipt. Of course, before you can even do the survey, you need to input the survey ID on SB's survey website and unless you actually randomly won the lottery of the SB ID's, you won't be able to participate.
This is the 4th time I've won such a free beverage from SB. The first was in December 2008 followed by another in March 2009. The third time was middle of this year, winning the lucky receipt from an SB branch along NLEX. The most recent, the reward of which I redeemed just a few minutes ago, was a lucky receipt from SB's branch at the Makati Stock Exchange. This was after watching the Christmas Lights Show at Ayala Triangle and the entire extended family decided to drop by the nearest SB for some drinks.
Another Merry Christmas courtesy of SB. Thanks for the non-fat, no whip cafe mocha. Yes, upgrade the free drink to grande (kaching P15) with a donut to go (kaching P45). And no, I don't need the planner, thank you :)
