I'm talking to myself in this blog, essentially to berate moi on my mis-accomplishments so far. Sorry, just rants of the ego-centric kind. Click on one of the links on the right for more sensible online reads.
You need to write more on this blog -- CHECK -- geez, it's already the middle of the year and yet you only have 20 posts to boast of? (21 if you count this post! -- blackjack!!!)
You need to write more speculative-fiction -- CHECK -- or fantasy or sci-fi or whatever. You're supposed to be a writer, right? Then start writing. No more excuses. You've already missed too many deadlines.
You need to start generating income from The Gaming Daily -- CHECK -- don't tell me you'll be revamping the site again? Be realistic. Your old WP gaming news blog, The Big Gamble, is being given notice despite it's supposed hiatus. TGD is supposed to be your bread-and-butter on the side. Get to work on it.
You need to devote time to work on your properties-for-sale-related blog -- CHECK -- that's another opportunity slipping out of your hand. Think of the 5% commission you'll make on sale of foreclosed properties! If someone buys from you a property worth P25M, think of the P1.25M you'll stand to receive. You can freakin' retire -- or more realistically, buy your own house and lot.
You need to update your daughter's blog -- CHECK -- and create another one for your other daughter -- CHECK -- Toinks! Toinks! They're both growing up faster than you think and the opportunity to record them in their youthfulness is slowly ebbing away.
You need to finish your boardgame concepts and make them a reality -- CHECK -- one of these days someone will come along harboring the same ideas as you have. You've already lain the basic mechanics and refined them so you now need to take the next step and actually make the games! Can be a surprise cash cow, mind you!
