Can't update my blogs of yet as internet connection at home (courtesy of Globe) is still unavailable. I've already called their customer service line 3x since Monday and I even reported the incidents (landline and internet repair) at their Greenbelt business center but up until now no service.
While I understand that repair is currently ongoing, I can't understand why they send out a PR to media that they've fully restored service to southern Metro Manila and that only the eastern parts of Manila including Rizal remain under service maintenance (which according to the same PR news report is just a mere 4% of their total Metro Manila coverage).
Heck, is Makati now part of eastern Metro Manila? Last I heard Makati was still southern metro so that means that they've NOT YET fully restored service to their southern area.
Geesh ... just dissed.
